Tom Kilner's expertise in computer technology stems from working with his brother to build and maintain their own computer systems and networks, often built from scrap parts, from an early age. This service soon naturally extended to family and friends, and Tom's skills have consequently been much in demand all through his teenage years. Due to a decade of experience in systems repair, Tom is well-practiced in dealing with all hardware issues and most software - especially Windows-based ones. He's never failed to address an issue and never found a problem he couldn't diagnose. He's very focused, likes to get on with the job and works extremely quickly.
